Why is it that there are Magnum condoms for extra large men, but there are no Derringer condoms for the extra tiny?

Because dicks are supposed to come only in LARGE.

Would it not be a ‘Split’?
But then again you wouldn’t want a condom size called split, especially as it’s something you don’t want to split.
Time to use the old joke again.
What do you call a male porn star with a really small penis?
Justin!

Whether or not they are needed, condoms marketed for extra tiny dicks will sell very poorly.

Truth: regular ones fit small/medium.
Then there’s Magnum.
Then there’s Magnum XL.
Basically it’s like buying a drink at the movie theatre. Why don’t they just shift the scale? Because nobody wants to buy a small drink.
Also: rubber bands

That’s why there are like “large”, “extra large”, “larger than extra large”, “magnum”, “double magnum”, then you get into special-order sizes. The “magnum” should fit a dead average penis.

The latter two simply mean “average”.
